you are looking for a specific kind of item-- such as a handbag, a
wallet, or a belt-- then shopping by category is a great place to
start. We have divided CapitalStyles.com into eight departments:
Handbags, Accessories, Wallets, Shoes, Women, Men, Watches, and
Clearance. To navigate to one of these departments, simply click on the
appropriate department link, located at the top of any of our webpages.
Each department page will present you with a list of search options on
the left side. These options allow you to narrow down the category
according to type, brand, size, color, and/or price.
- Shop by Designer: Who's
your favorite designer? Because people often purchase a product based
on who designed it, we offer a way to refine our inventory by designer.
Navigate to any of our department pages and then look at the left side
of the page, where you will see a “Refine by Manufacturer” heading.
Under this heading will be a list of designers/brands. Simply select a
designer and you will be shown all of the designer's products that fit
under the current department.
- Shop with Our Search
Tool Already have a specific product in mind? You can use our search
tool, located in the top right corner of any of our webpages. Simply
enter the product name (e.g. “Gucci Indy bag”) in the search tool
field. Our search tool saves you time, because you won't have to look
through pages and pages of products!
- Shop What's New: To
view our newest styles, click on the “New Arrivals” link, located on
our homepage. You can also click on the department links to browse the
latest arrivals in those specific departments. We add new styles
constantly-- so visit our website as often as you can!
The Shopping Bag
Just as you keep boxes of cereal and
crackers in your shopping cart at the grocery store, you keep your
Capital Styles merchandise in your shopping bag until you are ready to
check out. If you are not logged into your account, then your shopping
bag will only store items while you remain on our website. If you close
your browser or leave CapitalStyles.com, then your shopping bag may
empty itself.
In order to avoid this problem, you need
a Capital Styles account. To create your account, click the “Join Club
Capital” link-- located at the bottom left of the homepage-- or the “My
Account” link-- located at the top of any page. We will recognize you
when you log into your account, which enables you to leave products in
your cart even if you leave the site. Please note, however, that an
item's inventory may be low. Therefore, if you wait too long to purchase
it, the item may sell out before you place your order.
The shopping bag also allows you to
review what you have placed in it. Simply click on the link to “Cart
Contents,” which you can find at the top of any page. As you continue to
shop on the site, the shopping bag will update itself to reflect any
changes you have made.
When you are at your shopping bag page,
you will be able to see the name, price, and quantity of each item that
your bag is holding. You can also update any item's quantity-- simply
add a new number in the “Quantity” box and click “Update.” To remove an
item, click the “Remove” button located next to that item.
When logged into your account, your
shopping bag will retain its contents even if you leave the site.
However, we do not guarantee that those items will remain in stock. We
sell some items in limited quantities, so it's very important that you
buy a product as soon as you can! If you wait to purchase it, then it
may run out of stock.

You are ready to check out once your

shopping bag and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Those who
already have a Capital Styles account should enter their email address
and password under the “Returning Customers” header and click
“Continue.” Those without a Capital Styles account should click the
“Continue” button under the “New Customers” header. It will be very easy
to make an account: just follow our website's steps for entering your
personal information, and your account will be created. To complete the
checkout process, all customers must provide accurate billing and
shipping addresses. After your checkout is complete, you will receive
emails from us regarding your order. You can view your order status at
any time by logging into your account.

We make our shipping affordable, so that
shopping on our website is never less of a value than shopping in a
store. For USPS Priority shipping within the United States, shipping
will only cost you $10.00. No matter how many products you purchase or
how heavy your package is, this rate will stay the same. Our prices are
only slightly higher for COD and bulk/wholesale orders. We also offer
express shipping and international shipping, each for an additional--
but not unaffordable-- cost.

Why should I add Capital Styles to
my email address book?
The vast majority of Internet Service
Providers, such as MSN Hotmail and Yahoo, give you the control to decide
which emails enter your inbox. When email is delivered to your address,
filters sort through it and decide which emails are spam. If an email is
determined to be spam, it is placed in a “Bulk” or “Trash” folder, so
that you will never see it in your box. Newsletters from online
companies-- including Capital Styles-- are oftentimes accidentally
placed in that spam folder. If you add Capital Styles to your email
address book, the Capital Styles email will always end up in your inbox,
where you can then view it, save it, and/or delete it.
How do I add Capital Styles to my
email address book?
For AOL Users:
1) Click the “Address Book” button to
open your address book in the AOL browser.
2) Click the “Add Contact” button.
3) Type in noreply@capitalstyles.com in
the “Screen Name” field, and then click “Save.”
For EarthLink Users:
1) Click the “Address Book” button to
open your address book in the EarthLink browser.

How Long Will It
Take to Get My Order?
Once your order has been placed, you can
expect your shipment to arrive within 6-9 business days. A business day
is any day from Monday to Friday, inclusively. Holidays do not count as
business days.

Information and Status History
Your account is where you can review
important details, such as your order information, your order status,
and your order/return history. You can access your account information
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you have logged into your account,
you will also be able to view your billing and shipping addresses, in
addition to any Capital Styles credit you may have.

Confirmation
We will send you four (4) emails after
you place an order on Capital Styles.
We will first send you an order
confirmation. This email will be delivered to you as soon as you have
placed your order. It will show the details of your transaction.
We will send the second email after we
have approved your order. This email also signifies that your
merchandise is currently being packed and prepared for shipment.
When we send the third email, you will
receive news that your order has been shipped and that we have billed
your credit card (or other form of payment).
A tracking number will be included in the
fourth email.
Tracking Your

We will send you a tracking number in an
email, after we have shipped your order. You can then use this number to
track your package using the shipping company's website.

At Capital Styles, we can omit the price
from an order invoice if you are sending someone a gift. You can send an
amazing gift while keeping financial matters to yourself. When you are

What's in Your
Account
To log into your account, simply click on
the “My Account” link, which can be found at the top of any Capital
Style webpage. Your account grants you access to all of your
information-- your order history, your billing and shipping addresses,
and your return history. Furthermore, logging into your account enables
you to update your information, which makes future orders faster and
easier. For your convenience, you can log into your account at any time
you wish.
You can log into your account by clicking
on the “My Account” link; you can find this link on the top right
side
of any Capital Styles webpage.
When logged into your account, you
can do the following:
- Change your personal information (name, email address,
telephone number, and fax number)
- Update your billing or shipping address
- Change your password
- Check your order status
- Review your complete order history
- View the status of any returned items
- Keep track of credit on your account
- Subscribe or unsubscribe from the Capital Styles newsletter
Your Capital
Styles Password
Your personal information-- which
includes data regarding your account and your orders-- is accessible
only through your password. If you write your password down, make sure
to keep it in a safe, private place. For security purposes, do not share
your password with anyone. A secure password incorporates lower and
upper case letters, numbers, special characters, and/or foreign words.
Also, you should never include a word found in the dictionary in your
password.
If you forget your password, we can send
you an email with a new, temporary password. The instructions below
detail how you can receive this temporary password.
1) Click on the “My Account” link, which
you can find at the top right side of any Capital Styles webpage.
2) Under the “Returning Customers”
header, click on the “Password forgotten?” link (located below the
password field. This link will bring you to the “I've Forgotten My
Password!” page.
3) Enter your email address in the field
and click “Continue.”
4) Check your email-- the address that
you just entered. We have sent you an email with a new, temporary
password; we have also reset your original password, for security
purposes.
5) Go to the Capital Styles Log In page,
and enter your email address and your new password.
6) Change your temporary password by
clicking on the “Change my account password” link.
7) Enter the temporary password in the
“Current Password” field; enter a secure password of your choice in the
“New Password” field.
Note: You must
contact us if you don't remember the email
address that you used to register with Capital Styles.
Promotions
How do I use a
promotional code?
If you have a promotional code that you
would like to use, type it in when we ask you for it during the checkout
process.
What do I need
to know about promotions?
Capital Styles offers many discounts
and promotional codes, which we collectively refer to as “promotions.”
You may only use a promotion on online purchases of merchandise, and you
must use it during the specified time period. Unless we have specified
other conditions, you may only use each promotion once. Additionally, a
promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
- If the promotion states that it is for a one-time use, then
you can only apply that promotion towards one purchase. If you have not
exhausted the entire value of the promotion, then the remaining value
will be forfeited.
- Promotions cannot be used on purchases made with gift
certificates. Promotions to not apply to shipping costs and any
applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- You may not use a promotion on a previously placed order.
- Promotions for free shipping may be used only if the package
is being shipped within the Continental United States; the shipping
method will be U.S. standard ground.
- If a promotion has a minimum order size requirement, then the
minimum may not include gift certificate credit(s), shipping charges.
- Some promotions require that you buy at least one item in
order to get a discount on an additional item. In this case, the item
with the lowest price will receive the discount.
- If you return merchandise that was originally purchased using
a promotion, then your return credit will reflect the promotional
price. You cannot reuse the promotion if it has expired.
- At any time, our inventory of promotional items may become
